These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of FieldSync Pro(“the Service”), an internal workforce-management application operated by StarTech Networks(“we,” “us”). The Service is provided to our employees and contractors for business use. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
- Accounts are created and provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
- Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors and may be modified or revoked at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purposes and in compliance with applicable law and StarTech Networks policies. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with its operation or security.
SMS program terms
- Description: With your consent obtained at onboarding, we send transactional SMS — password-reset codes, account invitations, and operational notices (shift assignments and updates, schedule changes, approvals). We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Frequency: Messages are event-driven; estimated volume is approximately 800 messages per month across all users.
- Message & data rates may apply.
- Help: Reply HELP for help. Opt-out: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages.

Data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect and how we use it.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarTech Networks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
